“By far the most productive engineer…”

2007 performance review

Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology

 DeVry Institute     Kansas City, MO

The curriculum here put a heavy emphasis on hands-on learning. Therefore very quickly I became comfortable with not only design theories but building systems on breadboards, soldering components, and using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).

My senior project was a Home Automation System.  Utilizing a Z-80 processor the system served as an alarm, heating and cooling control, and lighting control.  The GUI was developed with pull down menus similar to many applications at the time. This project was a lot of fun.

Hard Working

Ranked 2nd (out of 10) in overall performance metrics every year.

Instrumental

Received an Air Force Achievement Medal for establishing communications links vital to Typhoon Omar recovery efforts.

Synergetic

Able to bridge gaps between functional groups to beat expedited deadlines (and the competition)..
