Some of the technologies I deployed include SONET (OC12 up to OC192), ATM, DWDM, IP, and microwave radio links. I was ranked at the top in performance metrics thanks to my ability to work faster and harder than others.  I also learned quickly which enabled me to contribute to the creation of multiple job aids and also to train 4 coworkers on all systems and processes. NOC Technician II    Sprint     New Century, KS                 1998-2000 I spent a little over a year using remote troubleshooting techniques to peform fault isolation on special services circuits (DS0, DS1, SS7, ISDN). I was able to successfully work with customers to restore services without having to dispatch a technician saving Sprint thousands in additional labor costs. Hard Working Ranked 2nd (out of 10) in overall performance metrics every year. Instrumental Received an Air Force Achievement Medal for establishing communications links vital to Typhoon Omar recovery efforts.
